One of the perks of being the official blogger for lots of Ireland’s top literary and arts events (including Listowel Writers’ Week, Frank O’Connor Short Story Festival, Dublin Writers’ Festival, Cork Spring Literary Festival, Dublin Book Festival and Dublin Theatre Festival) is that I get to meet a host of brilliant and inspiring writers – and, when I’m really lucky, I get to interview them also.
